I love Auburn Total Health! Amy and Kim are so welcoming and supportive. I’ve been getting Colonics here for over 2 years now and would be lost without them. For anyone that suffers from chronic constipation or even occasional constipation, Colonics are amazing!

This is a wonderful spot! So much to offer and I feel so much better when I go! No pun intended! Well ok yes maybe so. I was nervous to try colonics, don't think twice if you think you would benefit, you will more then you know. It's all so professional clean and one of my favorite places! Colonic, Infrared Sauna and Thermography are things I have done here, all great experiences. Thank you to all at Auburn Total Health!

Auburn Total Health has been a total game-changer for me. Kim has helped me work through all the little (and not-so-little) aches and pains that come with riding horses, playing golf… and honestly, just waking up in the morning at this stage of life. 😄 I love the H-Bot sessions and have also had great results with PEMF therapy. What really stands out is how many options they offer — they truly take a whole-body approach and tailor things to what you need. Kim is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely wants you to feel better. Highly recommend if your body is talking back lately — mine definitely was!
